Chasing the Light, Witnessing Brilliance! bauma CHINA 2024 Concludes Successfully!
From November 26th to 29th, 2024, bauma CHINA 2024 (Shanghai International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment Exhibition), a highly anticipated event in the global construction machinery industry, was grandly held and successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As an industry benchmark event returning after four years, this exhibition, themed “Chasing the Light, Witnessing Brilliance,” showcased comprehensive innovations and breakthroughs in the construction machinery field with its record-breaking scale, cutting-edge technological achievements, and extensive international cooperation. It served as an important window for Chinese construction machinery to the world, injecting strong momentum into global industrial development.
Among the many participating high-quality domestic enterprises, the booth of Shandong Luxin Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. also attracted considerable attention. The four road roller products exhibited by Shandong Luxin Heavy Industry precisely met the needs of segmented markets such as municipal engineering, rural road construction, and small-scale site construction. Their core advantages of high efficiency, flexibility, and durability won widespread attention from both domestic and foreign customers. Among them, the new 3T double-drum road roller (Figures 1 and 2 both show the 3T road roller), as the company’s core upgraded product, features hydraulic vibration, hydraulic drive, and hydraulic steering, boasting strong climbing ability and easily handling construction scenarios with a 30% slope. It is also equipped with a large-capacity electric watering system and a bidirectional adjustable scraper, effectively preventing asphalt adhesion and significantly reducing downtime for maintenance. It is particularly suitable for asphalt pavement surface compaction, curb compaction, and parking lot construction. The simultaneous display of the same 3T double-drum road roller further met the needs of customers for direct comparison and negotiation during bulk purchases, demonstrating the company’s deep commitment to this segmented market.
The 1-ton full-hydraulic road roller (pictured), which was also showcased, features “compactness, agility, efficiency, and precision” as its core highlights. The machine boasts a compact structure and small turning radius, allowing it to maneuver flexibly in narrow construction areas, perfectly suited for small-scale engineering projects such as trench backfilling, sidewalk paving, and sports field foundation compaction. Equipped with a branded engine, hydraulic vibration, hydraulic drive, and hydraulic steering, it offers effortless operation and stable performance. Its maintenance-free features significantly reduce user costs. With a vibration force of up to 30.5kN, despite its lightweight design, it delivers powerful compaction, enabling efficient compaction of soil, gravel, and other materials.
